Jonathan has coached senior leadership teams, helping them to better define their purpose, consider and implement better governance and improve their wider systemic thinking.
Jonathan offers either laser-focused one-off sessions or a series of sessions, depending on the needs of the team, switching and flexing between facilitating and coaching as necessary. He is able to share key models and tools with teams to help engender change.
Jonathan has graduated training by the Global Team Coaching Institute and continues to deepen his study of practical and results-focused team coaching.

“Jonathan facilitated a half day coaching session for the senior leadership team of the UK’s Delegation to NATO. All those involved had previous experience of coaching but I was impressed by Jonathan’s knowledge and ability to hold his audience. He had structured the session in advance, provided pre-reading material and included a number of exercises. These were very helpful in getting to the issue and yet unlike others I have taken part in, he was confident enough to let the session run in different directions when it was clear we wanted to explore some aspect in depth, without feeling the need for constant course corrections. Crucially, he made sure that all the actions were recorded, ordered appropriately and provided back to us in a timely manner. In conclusion, Jonathan ran an excellent session in which we achieved far more than we had anticipated in a single half day session. I recommend Jonathan unreservedly: this was one of the best coaching sessions that I have experienced.”
